Hi, Taiwan is better organized than Maldives. Everything is planned and prepared for, so for a pilot is life easy. Food and transportation is cheaper than in Maldives, but renting a place for living is expensive. The nature is beautiful with a lot of mountains. Now in the winter are the highest peaks decorated with snow. But air pollution is a problem. Some of it is "imported" from mainland China and is visible from above as a 2 km thick blanket. By: Sarah

I'm flying in Taiwan now and waiting for the summer and dive season to start. I'm trying to be patient, but it's not easy...
